Dr. Philipp Lange
May 15, 2019
Dr. Lange's research focuses on proteins, the structural and functional building blocks of a cell.
He combines proteomics and bioinformatics to monitor abnormal proteins in the body and detect how they are changed in cancer. His team is particularly interested in how the post-translational modification of proteins - the changes that occur to a protein as it becomes ''mature'' - affects cancer progression and secondary disease.
